Cloudmore is a billing and subscription management platform to support small businesses and enterprises with their cloud service management. In my role as a Technical Writer, I managed user guides, customer communication, UX content review, internal communication, and social media.

Pre-Sales Product Guide

This is a product guide highlighting the use case and benefits of one of the core offerings of the company. Targeted towards high-level decision-makers, the primary objective is to illustrate how the essential features and capabilities can assist the customer in reaching their desired goals.

Video Tutorials

Learners are of different kinds, some prefer to read 30 pages guides, some prefer to watch a 30 seconds video, and it is important to cater to this diverse audience. I create short tutorials, platform walkthroughs and voiceover demos.

I am a certified instructional designer and can create tutorials and courses. I am well versed in tools like Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and other video editing tools.

Newsletters

I have always believed in the power of passionate and creative storytelling. You cannot really win over the trust of your customers if you're not the biggest spokesperson of your own product or service.

I create newsletters for both customers and employees keeping them updated with the product and industry updates, upcoming projects and challenges, and all those big and small wins, keeping everyone in loop of what's going on.
